Crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown on the west side of Paso Robles, this vintage offers a beautiful balance of vibrant fruit and refreshing acidity. Aromas of golden apple, ripe pear, white peach, and Meyer lemon rise from the glass, leading to a smooth palate layered with citrus and subtle tropical fruit notes, finishing clean and elegant. This versatile Chardonnay pairs especially well with Hawaiian-inspired seafood dishes, grilled fish, shrimp, scallops, sushi, creamy pasta, and fresh seasonal cuisine.
