Cabernet Sauvignon

Premium estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were hand-harvested in Templeton’s El Pomar District. Aged in neutral barrels for 29 months. This spectacular full-bodied wine is nicely dominated by dark fruits such as black cherry, berrie and plum, with well-balanced tannins. Pairings include blue cheese, New York strip steak with red wine reduction, hibachi-grilled wagyu beef, dark chocolate cake with cherry.
