Premium estate grown Petite Sirah was grown in Templeton’s El Pomar District, hand-harvested and barrel-aged for 29 months. Beautiful deep intense inky-color, and rich flavors of blackberry, cherry and black pepper with velvety tannins. This gorgeous full-bodied wine pairs well with aged gouda cheese, Mongolian barbeque, spiced rubbed beef, and dark chocolate mousse.
