# Kula Vineyards & Winery

> A family-owned, small-production winery in the El Pomar District of Paso Robles AVA, Templeton, California. Founded by Chris and Ayako Williams, specializing in hand-crafted Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petite Sirah from their 18-acre estate vineyard.

## About

Kula Vineyards & Winery produces single-vineyard, single-varietal wines using a minimal-intervention philosophy. All grapes are hand-picked and hand-sorted from their estate vineyard. Chris and Ayako have been growing grapes since 2014 and producing wine since 2016. "Kula" means "Gold" or "Golden" in Hawaiian, named after their beloved Golden Retrievers.

- Hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 3pm–8pm. Closed Mondays.
- Tasting Fee: $20 (waived with $50+ purchase)
- Pet-friendly: Leashed pets welcome on the patio and selected indoor areas

Free to join with three shipments per year (Winter, Spring, Fall).
